OSHA Injury and Illness Prevention

Injury and Illness Prevention Posting Requirement

Don’t forget about the annual OSHA Injury and Illness Prevention posting requirement. February 1st is just a little over a week away. Whether your establishment has reported injuries or not, you are required to post OSHA’s forms and have record-keeping for all injuries. Below is a link you can follow which will take you to the OSHA website where you can find the most updated forms and instructions on how to complete these forms. The Summary page is required to be posted from February 1st to April 30th of the year following the year covered by the form. If OSHA’s links on their website are not working, instructions can also be found on each form. The forms open as an excel sheet and have three tabs located at the bottom which include the OSHA Form 300, OSHA Form 300A and OSHA Form 301.
